Filter Eddy AI conversations by KB Widget

Current behavior:
In Search Analytics, results can be filtered by KB Site and by KB Widget, including selecting a specific widget to view analytics for.
Example: A customer has KB Widget 1 embedded on their main customer facing product site and KB Widget 2 embedded on a partner/support portal. In Search Analytics, they can filter to see search queries from Widget 1 (customers) or Widget 2 (support team).
But, in Eddy AI Conversations, there is no way of checking which conversations are taking place using KB widget 1 vs which ones are taking place using KB widget 2.
We can only see one combined list of all AI conversations from both widgets, with no way to isolate which conversations came from Widget 1 vs. Widget 2.
Problem:
Customers running multiple KB widgets (e.g., embedded on different products or brands) can't distinguish which Eddy AI conversations originated from which widget. This makes it impossible to evaluate AI search performance or user behavior per widget.
Requested behavior:
Add the same filtering capability to Eddy AI Conversations analytics that already exists in Search Analytics, so customers can view or isolate conversations by specific widget (e.g., KB Widget 1 vs. KB Widget 2).

Hi Lavender Swordfish,
Thank you for sharing this request.
We understand the need to provide Widget-level filtering in Eddy AI Conversations analytics, similar to the existing filtering available in Search Analytics. This would help customers distinguish AI conversations across multiple widgets and evaluate AI performance and user behavior for each deployment separately.
We'll review this internally and check the feasibility of adding a Widget filter to Eddy AI Conversations analytics.
We'll share an update once we have more clarity from our assessment.
