Today, thumbs up/down feedback is not recorded until "Submit" is clicked.
We'd like to capture sentiment on the first click rather then relying on the "Submit" CTA.
In our experience, most users who leave positive feedback don't leave a comment--we miss this opportunity to understand if the article is generally helpful.

Marshal - we found that it’s not. You have to click submit to capture a rating. There is a ticket with support with Vidhya

Gerard U thanks for your feedback, thumbs up/down button is working fine without submit. and it will take 15 minutes to update in the Analytics/performance page.
