Feature Request: Floating Search Bar to Improve Eddy Search Discoverability

The customer would like to improve the discoverability of Eddy Search by introducing a more prominent search experience. They suggested a floating search bar positioned near the bottom-center of the knowledge base that allows users to enter a query, which would then open the existing Eddy Search widget with the question pre-filled. The goal is to make search more front and center in the UI and encourage greater adoption of Eddy Search.

Think about the experience where Search effectively becomes the way to navigate the help docs instead of browsing through categories or the current search UX, encouraging the user to have a more conversational way of asking and talking to Eddy by way of a new Search UX.
Currently, the search bar design/UX is traditional in a sense that still encourages keyword searches rather than conversations like you would claude or chatgpt.
