Feature Request: Add possibility to preview entire site
under review

We're building a public knowledge base and one of the biggest problems we are facing is that we have to preview articles one at a time.
Please add a feature to preview the entire site. When I click "Public Preview" I should be able to preview the entire site, like a build and test environment.
This would make it easier for us to make necessary changes to the documentation structure and content before publishing.

Hi Saheeka Farook I'm a customer too so please take my note as a peer comment, for whatever it's worth. Now given your request states "entire site" I'm wondering is that not something you'd do with versioning in combination with Reader Groups? We use the Reader Group concept a lot (even more so than versioning), by which we publish entire categories and sub-categories to our internal Reader Group first. This way, we can read it all like our external Reader Groups would read it, and then we assign these categories to external Reader Groups whenever we're happy with it. You can also assign specific versions to specific Reader Groups. Would that not cater for what you want to achieve here?

Hi Arjan Ros: Thanks for your comments. I put this feature request at the recommendation of the Documentation360 support team. If I'm not mistaken reader groups are only available for the Private Knowledge base. We're using the Public Knowledge base since we want our documentation to be available to all without having to sign up.
If you have any other suggestion, I'm all ears :)

Saheeka Farook: Ah, that makes sense. Yes, we use Doc360 for handling our Private knowledge base, with various external Reader Groups. I can imagine that things work different in the context of a Public knowledge base. Back to the Doc360 experts! ;-)
