Are there any updates on this request or a possible timeline? Being able to access the analytics via API would allow us to make much more use of the newer features that have rolled out, like Read Receipts. The limited reporting options under Analytics ends up undermining the value they could provide.

Understanding Data Usage – Would like to retrieve analytics data via API and integrate it into their Data Hub to analyze user preferences alongside their software product data.
Preferred Analysis Tool – Power BI for further analysis.
Current Export Challenges – Exporting analytics data as a CSV file manually every month is time-consuming and error-prone.
Need for Automation – Seeks an automated data extraction process through API to reduce manual effort and focus on data analysis rather than data handling.

Our Product teams would like to be able to query analytics via the API so they can pull data into a central database and combine with other data sources to create wider reports on Product performance. This also means we do not need to grant portal access to non-writers or reviewers for them to create their product reports.

API endpoints or an export functionality for Analytics seems like a rather obviously missing feature at this point. It would allow our team to better prioritise which of our older content should be refreshed if with better exposure to the analytics.

We do have export functionality in our user interface at the knowledge base portal.
We would appreciate insights into the necessity for accessing analytics through an API than leveraging the data available through the user interface. We would like to understand more on the user action after retrieving the API data. Happy to jump on call to gather insights.
