Export list of stale articles

We need to export the list of stale articles needing review from the Overview page to distribute the work of updating them. The export needs to have a link to the article and the last updated date.

Thanks for reaching out.
You can navigate to All Articles, select the Stale option in the filter, and then export the filtered list as a CSV. The exported CSV will include the Article Portal link and KB Site link, which can be used to access the respective articles and distribute the review/update work accordingly.
