I would like to be able to export articles into Markdown format so I can use it to better teach LLMs.

I have exactly the same requirement. It would be great to be able to export an entire hierarchy as you can into PDF, but instead have the file format be markdown

We currently have the export project option where the users can export their articles as per their editor types. If your articles are in Markdown, they will be exported in Markdown. If they are in our HTML editors, they will be exported in the HTML format.
Can you please let me know if you are looking to choose the format as Markdown and the expectation is for us to convert articles of other editor types to Markdown before downloading them.

Navin Kumar I want the option to be able to export it without having to have the code originally authored in it. We use the enhanced editor as not everyone knows how to write in Markdown.
