Export Categories and Subcategories alone in the "All articles"

The customer requested the ability to export a CSV file containing only categories and subcategories from the All Articles section.
Currently, the export option only includes articles within the category structure.
The customer specifically needs a hierarchy export in the format Category > Subcategory 1 > Subcategory 2, without including any articles.

We understand that your goal is to export the category hierarchy alone, without including any articles. This would allow you to easily review, share, or maintain the knowledge base structure in a format such as:
Category → Subcategory 1 → Subcategory 2
At present, the export functionality includes both categories and the articles within them, and there isn't an option to export only the category hierarchy.
We've captured this as a feature enhancement request and will evaluate it based on customer demand and overall product priorities. We'll keep you informed once we have an update regarding its feasibility and roadmap status.
