Enhanced Article-Level Feedback Management (from Article level analytics)

Awake Ant
Improve the Feedback Manager to provide a centralized, article-level view of user feedback, including the actual feedback text, feedback category/reason, and associated comments. This would allow content teams to quickly understand and act on specific user feedback instead of relying only on aggregate thumbs-up/thumbs-down metrics.
Additionally, provide an mandatory option to require users to enter a comment when submitting negative feedback, ensuring that the feedback is actionable and provides sufficient context for content authors to make improvements.

Hi Yinmn blue Lark , Awake Ant,
Thank you for sharing this request. To better understand the requirement and evaluate the scope, could you please clarify:
Feedback details: What specific feedback information should be available at the article level—feedback text, category/reason, comments, user details, timestamp, etc.?
View: Should this be a centralized Feedback Manager view with all feedback, or should feedback also be accessible directly from each article?
Negative feedback: Should comments be mandatory for all negative feedback, or only for specific negative feedback reasons/categories?
Comment flow: Should users be prompted for a comment immediately after selecting a negative response, or should it be part of the same submission form?
Reporting: Do you need to filter, search, export, or analyze feedback by article, reason, user, date, or other criteria?
Users: Who primarily reviews and acts on this feedback—content authors, admins, or support teams?
Frequency/volume: Approximately how much feedback do you receive, and how frequently do content teams review it?
Current workflow: How are you currently capturing or reviewing detailed feedback, and what limitation are you trying to address?
