1) Improve assignee notifications to include the due date and custom messages, as these details are currently not included.

2) Provide better control over workflow status notifications, as currently users receive notifications only when workflow toggles are enabled with admin email IDs. There should be an option to enable notifications for assignees without requiring admin email IDs or adding them to the email channel.

3) Ensure notifications are triggered when a username is mentioned in the workflow change comment box
