In Document360, the related articles area currently offers only "Top Searched Articles" in the Page Help section. As we continue to roll out new features and update existing articles with each release, this single view is no longer sufficient to help customers quickly find the most relevant information.

To improve content discoverability and provide a better user experience, we request the ability to add more widget options to the Page Help section.

These additional views will give customers quick access to the knowledge base articles they need at a glance, reducing the need for direct support and improving overall self-service.
