Currently, searching for certain keywords not giving the expected results at the top or on the first page. Possible to have the "Exact Match" option to choose?

Shakeer Hussain S: If you'll see my screenshot in my original post below, I searched for the word "Listen" and received results for "list". I tried "Account Status" today and also received results for "account" and status"

Please be sure that EXACT MATCH includes special characters. e.g. I was searching on the date "4/23" (without the quotes) and it returned articles containing "4" and articles containing "23". Thank you/
