Enable Reviewer User Creation with None Content Access

Allow users to create Reviewer accounts with Content Access = None during user creation and inherit permissions from the assigned Reviewer User Group, similar to other portal roles. Currently, this requires creating the user first and then editing the account, which adds unnecessary steps. Supporting this during user creation would provide a consistent permission model and improve the user management experience.

Thank you for the suggestion. This is a valuable improvement that addresses an inconsistency in the current user management experience. At the moment, Reviewer accounts require an additional edit after creation to inherit permissions from the assigned Reviewer User Group when
Content Access = None
, whereas other portal roles support this during the initial user creation flow. Enabling Reviewer accounts to inherit permissions at creation time would streamline onboarding, reduce manual configuration, and provide a more consistent permission assignment experience across all portal roles. We'll evaluate this enhancement as part of our user and permission management improvements and consider it for a future roadmap.Kesavan M
