Currently, only one person can edit a release note at a time. Once someone starts editing, the release note gets locked, and others must wait until the editing is complete before making their contributions.
While this works fine for a few features, it becomes challenging when there are multiple features to document and time is limited.
Proposed Enhancement:
  • Collaborative Editing: Allow multiple users to edit release notes simultaneously.
  • Reusable Snippets/Templates: Let each writer create small release note snippets that can be added to the main release note, enabling contributions without waiting for the article to unlock.
