The current “All Articles” view does not provide an efficient way to search for articles by name. As the number of articles grows, it becomes increasingly difficult and time-consuming to locate specific content without manually scrolling or navigating through categories.
Requested Enhancement:
Add a search functionality within the “All Articles” view that allows users to quickly locate articles by name. This should include:
- A search bar within the “All Articles” page
- Real-time or near real-time filtering based on article titles
- Support for partial matches and keywords
- Optional sorting or filtering capabilities by adding columns to customize
Business Impact:
- Improves efficiency in locating and managing articles
- Reduces time spent navigating large volumes of content
- Enhances overall user experience for content editors and admins
- Supports scalability as the knowledge base expands
Current Behavior:
- No direct search capability within the “All Articles” view
- Users must manually browse or rely on alternative navigation methods
