Would be great to have the ability to configure an email address so we get notified when someone has left a comment as feedback in an article.
We are known by how quickly we respond to a question. The sooner we are notified about the comment, the sooner can be the response. Today, we have to manually check for feedback to know if someone has left a comment.

Nibu Thomas: We apologize for the delay in responding; we have now implemented this feature. Settings-> Notifications-> Notification Mapping-> Knowledge Base Site. The buttons are in their default state. In the notification channel, we must configure the email.
