Currently, our biggest pain point is the inability to view existing changes and changes in progress when editing or reviewing content. It makes it extremely difficult to see what has changed as a user is drafting or reviewing changes. The need to constantly navigate between the comparison view and the draft view is inefficient and makes it difficult to understand and appropriately respond to content changes. The workaround provided by our support rep was to open the editor in a second window and view them side by side, but this greatly reduces content visibility and is equally inefficient. This limitation is extremely painful for our docs team, and from an efficiency standpoint, it negates the efficiency gains we were hoping for when implementing Doc360. I would love to see this limitation solved by the added ability to draft changes and comment within a version comparison (with the option to create a forked version when adding changes/comments).
