With the April 2025 enhancements to the Advanced WYSIWIG editor, the articles no longer display their URL. Only categories still display both their title and their URL. To change an article's URL, I have to click in the article title. This is very tedious when cloning several categories at once where the URL of each article must be changed. The knowledgebase portal should also display the URLs again on every level, not just in categories.

Hi Karthikeyan, I have to clone and rename the categories and articles roughly once a month (sometimes even twice per month).

Your request to display article URLs directly in the knowledge base portal, similar to how category URLs are shown, is a valid UX improvement that would streamline bulk content management and reduce unnecessary clicks.
We’ve noted this and will evaluate the UX feasibility of reinstating URL visibility at the article level across the portal.
