Integrate Eddy into the knowledge base widget. Eddy is a great AI feature, but the customer should come to the knowledge base to access it. It would be great if we gave our customers a chance to integrate it into their website/product. Since chatbots are something that is not on our radar, we can have a different section in the KB widget as Ask Eddy, like page help and quick support. The same functionality of Eddy can be reproduced there so that customers can use this AI feature anywhere and there is no need to come to the knowledge base itself.
