On reply to tickets in freshservice and freshdesk extensions, we can use algolia search to search the knowledge base, we can enable Eddy here to help the users capitalize on their purchased AI Assistive search add-on.

Eddy is a powerful search tool within the Document360 knowledge base, enhancing our access to information. However, the Freshdesk extension lacks the innovative AI capabilities we desire, making it less appealing. Consequently, our Freshdesk team often prefers to keep the Document360 knowledge base readily accessible in a separate tab to conduct AI-driven searches and uncover superior answers for our support inquiries.
