Responsive.io is a tool used by their sales team to manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective clients. Various employees collaborate within Responsive.io to answer questions about their product, partners, and related topics. Much of the required information is stored in Document360.

Currently, they need to switch between the two tools to manually retrieve relevant content from Document360 and input it into Responsive.io. They are exploring the possibility of integrating Document360 with Responsive.io, allowing them to pull relevant content directly from Document360 into Responsive.io to streamline their RFP response process.
