Document hierarchy publishing feature needed

We are exploring Doc360 for tech docs, with a topic-oriented "TOC-like" structure. We are able to nicely simulate a tech doc format in Doc360, using categories, sub-categories (of folder, index, and page types), and articles, with higher level categories representing full documents, for example, the "Helix Product Guide." We can see draft categories and articles for publishing in a "flat structure" (using All Articles). But we can't see all the sub-category pages and articles that are awaiting publishing within a higher level category that represents a document. In other words, we want to select a category and publish "all unpublished content within the hierarchy of that category." This is especially needed for non-enus publishing, as our l10n team doesn't have the bandwidth to publish translated content on an article-by-article basis. Thanks!!

Hi, it looks like we'll be able to work around this issue with Category filtering in All Articles.

Hi Conscious Antlion,
Thank you for explaining the use case in detail — that context is very helpful.
We understand the need to publish all unpublished content within a selected category hierarchy, especially when a higher-level category represents a full document (e.g., a product guide). This becomes even more important for non-enus publishing workflows, where publishing article-by-article isn’t scalable for localization teams.
We’ll review this internally to evaluate:
Whether this behavior can be supported natively
The feasibility of enabling bulk publish at a category hierarchy level
Any impact on existing publishing workflows
We’ll get back to you once we have more clarity from our internal review.
