Currently, for SCIM users synced based on user group, the portal role used as the default group under SSO configuration is displayed in the Users and Groups section.

When a user belongs to multiple groups with different custom portal roles, we would like the Users and Groups section to display the portal role with highest level of permission(such as Owner) assigned to the user based on their effective permissions, rather than displaying only the default role.

This enhancement will provide better visibility into users' effective access levels and help administrators easily identify and manage users.
