Display error and alerts information while using CI/CD flow in importing API documentation

The NPM tool indicates that alerts exist (e.g. "Import failed! We found 14 alert(s)."), but it does not describe what those alerts are, making it impossible to act on them in an automated pipeline. It would be great if we could get the error message and alert details in the NPM tool.
For CI/CD use cases, it is important that both the REST API and NPM tool surface the full list of alerts and errors so teams can identify and resolve issues before publishing. The current behavior makes it very difficult to enforce quality gates in an automated workflow.
