Disable Default Due Date Filter on the Tasks page
under review
Ramesh Lokesh
Currently, the dashboard applies a default due-date filter (This week), which hides assigned review tasks that fall outside the currently selected timeframe (for example, tasks due early the following week). Reviewers end up seeing an empty dashboard and incorrectly assume they have no pending work, even though tasks are already assigned to them.
One of our customers have flagged this as a critical usability issue with the dashboard that is directly impacting their internal review workflow and SLA adherence.
The customer would like an option disabling default filtering OR showing all assigned/upcoming review tasks by default.

Dashboard Task View should show All Assigned Review Tasks Regardless of Due Date Filter
Ramesh Lokesh
Currently, the Dashboard applies a default due-date filter on the Tasks view. While this is intended to help users focus on immediate work, it inadvertently hides review tasks that fall outside the selected timeframe, for example, tasks due early the following week.
This creates a significant usability problem: reviewers see an empty dashboard and incorrectly assume they have no pending work, even though tasks are already assigned to them.
The customer would expect, us to surface a visible warning, badge, or notification when assigned tasks exist outside the current filter window, so reviewers are aware there is work pending beyond what's currently displayed.
Disable the default due-date filter on the Tasks page, or change the default to show all assigned and upcoming review tasks regardless of due date, so the dashboard reflects the true state of a reviewer's workload at all times.

Hi Ramesh
Thank you for highlighting and sharing the impact it is having on customer's review workflow.
We understand that the current default due-date filter ("This Week") can cause assigned review tasks outside the selected timeframe to remain hidden, which may lead reviewers to assume they have no pending work. We recognize how this can affect review visibility, workflow efficiency, and SLA adherence.
We will analyze the request in detail, including options such as displaying all assigned/upcoming review tasks by default or providing greater flexibility around the default filtering behavior.
At this stage, we have added this feedback to our evaluation backlog and will assess its feasibility, customer impact, and priority as part of our product planning process. We will keep you informed of any updates regarding its consideration and roadmap status.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and helping us improve the review experience.
