Direct linking from Step-by-step to Knowledge Articles

From within the step-by-step guides, it would be nice to be able to include links directly to articles within the knowledge library. Currently, when attempting to do this only pasting in URLs seems to be allowed. The desired action would be to insert links to articles the same way you can from one article to another article, only from step-by-step guide to article.

Should the link picker support searching across all workspaces and languages, or only within the current workspace? Our immediate need would be within the current workspace. However, as we build out our KM structure enterprise-wide, the ability to cross workspaces would likely be necessary.
