Hi All,
Article nesting at the KB site can be accomplished through Articel settings to expand the hierarchy.

One or both of these solutions would help the UX: (1 - preferred) Allow for article nesting and content within a category node so that users do not have to click twice to get information; (2) categories in a different font and style and expanded by default so that users can see the article links in the TOC immediately.
