Deliver Comment along with assignment notification in Workflow

When assigning to another user in the workflow process, you have the option to leave a comment for the person you're assigning it to; however, that comment isn't delivered on the dashboard when assigned to the user. The user, instead, has to dig for it in the revision history (which was not obvious at all and was buried). This would improve workflow efficiencies and cut down on confusion about what the ask is from the person assigning it.

While comments can be added during assignment, surfacing them only within revision history creates unnecessary friction and reduces visibility for the assignee. This can lead to confusion and additional effort, which is not the intended experience.
We agree that making assignment comments directly visible on the dashboard (or as part of the assignment notification) would significantly improve clarity and workflow efficiency.
We will evaluate this enhancement to ensure assignment context is surfaced more prominently and intuitively.
