Search results display recently deleted articles, which lead to a 404 error.

After talking with a Support Engineer, they manually refreshed the search indexing and the problem was resolved.

Can we please receive access to this same tool so that we can refresh the search cache on demand? Or at least make it known how often the search is re-indexed?
