For our internal audits, we need to be able to identify readers not only by name and email, but also by the company they work for and/or their position.
To do this, we would need the following:
- One or more additional data fields in the reader account where we can add custom information.
- An extension of the filter functionality to filter for custom information, such as a company name.

We understand the need to capture additional reader attributes such as company name and designation to better support internal audit and reporting workflows. We will further analyse this request, including the feasibility of introducing customizable reader fields and extending the filtering capabilities to support custom attributes.
Based on the overall customer demand, usage impact, and prioritization considerations, we will evaluate this enhancement for our product roadmap and keep you informed on the next steps.
