We have two requests. The first would be to allow for us to set the Display name for all email notifications sent by Document360 to both our internal and external users. We have received a lot of support cases from confused users of our D360 portal complaining that they never received any emails from our portal but did not realize they should be looking for emails from “Document360”. This should be configurable so that emails are easily recognizable as coming from our company. At least in the display name field.

The second request builds on our first. The ideal solution would be to allow us to route all outbound emails through our own email server (in our case Office 365). We receive so many complaints from both internal and external users regarding emails sent from the portal being caught up in spam filters that it has all but made the self-registration feature useless. All our other vendors allow for email relay through an external mail server, we would like Document360 to allow this as well. Thanks.
