Custom status indicators

We want to have custom status indicators that we can use for our articles. Currently, we only see "New" and "Updated." Depending on the use case, some features or functionality require users to upgrade their license or contact our support team to enable them.
It is requested to allow for adding custom status indicators that we can use based on our company-specific terms. For example, in addition to New/Updated, we may want to add a "Deprecated" status indicator, letting users know that the said document no longer applies.
Currently, the "Custom" status option in the article settings shows BETA by default when an article is published.

Hi Mohamed Shakheen,
Just the clarify, currently Doc360 allows for adding only one custom status indicator. The ask is to be able to add atleast two/multiple custom status indicators.
Our use case is to add Private Preview and Public Preview as custom status indicators, but today the support is there to add only one.

Hi Usama
Thank you for sharing your requirement on adding custom status indicators beyond the existing "New" and "Updated" labels.
Currently, Document360 supports a "Custom" status option, which by default displays "BETA" when applied to an article. However, you can redefine this label to align with your organization's terminology - such as “Deprecated” or other internal classifications - by configuring it through the Localization & Variables section.
For step-by-step guidance on how to update the label, please refer to this documentation:
