Our customers sometimes submit anonymous feedback when they should be contacting support. I'd like to add a message above the feedback form that directs them to contact support for technical issues. Example: "If you need immediate assistance, please contact our support team at 000-000-0000."

Hi Caitlin, Thanks for your feedback! We already have plans to address a similar need, when users search on the Knowledge Base site and can’t find a helpful answer, they’ll see an option to raise a ticket directly through the integrated ticketing portal next to the feedback form. That should help guide users with technical issues to the right support channel. Would that solution work for your case?

Pavithra Mathivanan As long as they still have the option to submit feedback on the article as well as the option to submit a support ticket for technical issues, then I think that is an excellent solution. Thank you!
