Custom Font - Drive
Krishna M
Currently, when we have a mixed or private knowledge base, hosting custom font files like TTF or OTF in Document360 Drive may result in them not rendering properly on the user-facing site. Having a dedicated option within Drive specifically for hosting these files would be highly beneficial, as it would eliminate dependencies on the web server and ensure seamless rendering for users within Document360.

Krishna M would like to clarify if the users would like to use these fonts in the Editor and get these reflected in the KB site as well? can you kindly confirm?
Krishna M
Sure, Thiru.
I want the custom font rendered only on the KB Site.
Currently, to utilize custom fonts within the Mixed/Private mode, we are required to host these fonts on a separate web server and reference them in Document360 using custom code.
In the case of a public KB Site, all files within Document360 Drive are in the following format: https://cdn.document360.io/filepath, facilitating the rendering of the font family file without issue.
However, when accessing the KB Site in Mixed/Private mode, the file paths are formatted differently: https://files.document360.io/filepath. And, referencing these files in custom code does not render.
If we have a dedicated option in Document360 Drive only to upload the font files and use them in any site access(Private or Public or Mixed), that would be great.
