Custom domain for cdn.document360.io
George Farron
Currently assets, stylesheets and scripts for the knowledge base and assistant are hosted on cdn.document360.io. Our customers often have restrictive firewall configurations, so might not be able to fetch these resources.
Extending the custom domain feature to allow configuring the cdn would mean we can host on a domain more closely associated with our product, that the customer would already have granted access to.

George Farron thanks for explaining your scenario in detail. First and foremost, we would like to evaluate this technically and then we will get back to you. Also does any of your customers facing issues while fetching resources, because we have not received any such feedbacks and would like to ensure it by the way.
Kindly access our newly revamped Document360 2.0 portal and provide your valuable feedbacks. Thank you.

Thiru: Thanks Thiru. Yes, when we went live with our document360 integration we experienced some customers being unable to fetch the doc360 CDN resources and therefore receiving quite a broken experience. Our customers are schools, and so often have particularly restricted IT provision.
We've now added the doc360 CDN to the list of resources that we request are unblocked in advance of setting up a new customer but this definitely doesn't feel ideal as a solution.
