Custom Domain Error message improvements

Currently, if the Custom Domain Verification process fails, an error message is briefly displayed and then disappears. However, users have requested a more persistent error message that remains visible on the custom domain page, along with the option to receive notifications about the failure and a UI indicator to show the current stage of the verification process.

We understand the concern that the current error message disappears too quickly, making it difficult for users to identify and act on verification issues. We’ll update the behavior to
display a persistent error message
