Create drop-down, accordion, expand/contract section

HI, we need a button on our tools ribbon that converts selected text into a drop-down (expand/contract/accordion) section on the page automatically (see attached picture). 
Also, as seen in the picture, bulleted/numbered lists should be able to handle the drop-down subject line inline and not as a separate line under the bullet/number.

Agree with this request. Add this to the Paragraph selection drop-down in the formatting bar.

The pop-up can have same appearance as a code block - title=link name, body=content.
