Currently, we cannot replicate or copy the customizations (Footer/Header and Home) from one workspace to another. Our customers would like this option to be implemented so that they can easily create and design the secondary workspace based on the primary one.

Provide an option to clone, export, or import homepage configurations across workspaces within the same project. This would eliminate the need to manually recreate homepage layouts and content, making it easier to reuse existing designs and streamline workspace migrations.

We understand the need to reuse homepage configurations across workspaces without having to manually recreate the same layout and content each time.
This request is currently under review. We'll evaluate the feasibility of supporting options to clone, export, or import homepage configurations across workspaces within the same project to simplify setup, ensure consistency, and reduce manual effort during workspace creation and migration.
We'll share updates once we have more clarity from our assessment.

Thank you for sharing this request. We understand how duplicating the Home page across languages—so you can reuse the same layout and assets and only replace the text—would significantly reduce effort when managing multilingual KB sites.
We’ll review the technical feasibility of supporting Home page duplication across language versions and share an update once we have more clarity.
