This is #10 from your "Why did we build Document360?" product information. I do not see this functionality in the platform.
Content Workflow: Ability to have an approval system in place so that only quality articles reach the public.

Hi mick.jaeger@mudbay.com, Thanks for your patience, we have introduced this feature in our recent release.
The Workflow designer can be found under the Documentation menu grouping in the new Content tools menu. (Content tools → Documentation → Workflow designer)

Document360 should support any sort of signoff process for approving new versions of documentation

Currently Document360 has a process whereby the Draft writer writes an article, it appears in the Draft State. He can also tag a reviewer for comments. This reviewer gets a notification (via email or any other channel selected) and he reviews and comments back for improvements or can publish the article.
Articles can also be picked up from the Bulk operations - where all articles in Draft can be viewed and then reviwed by an editor.
User would like more of an organised process.

this is similar to https://document360.canny.io/feature-request/p/content-workflow

This has been "PLANNED" for 2 years. Is it going to be implemented in 2020?

It would be good to log and assign the person who reviewed the document. That would be massively useful for us.

We'd like this feature to include notifying reviewers when drafts are ready to be reviewed.

At the moment we have roles like draft writers and editors. Draft writer can only write the content, in order to publish the document the user should have editor or above permission.
We are going to bring the proper workflow capability where the article will go through draft>editing>review>publish pipeline.
