Occasionally, articles or categories may be unintentionally reordered in the Categories & Articles navigation panel. When this happens, and the content is already published, the changes are instantly reflected on the Knowledge base site, sometimes without the user realizing the impact.
To prevent such accidental reordering, it would be helpful to introduce a confirmation prompt that appears before the order is changed.
For example:
“Are you sure you want to reorder this article/category?”
Options: Yes / No
This simple safeguard would reduce the chances of unintended changes and ensure users make conscious decisions while reordering.
