To be able configure SSO for the "open article" link in the knowledge base assistant so that user do not need to sign in again to the knowledge base after clicking the link.

As we have multiple customers accessing our Knowledge Base from different locations, I'd like to request an enhancement to the document360 SSO feature, as it's currently not compatible with the 'Knowledge Base Widget'. It would be significantly more effective if the SSO could handle Reader Groups within the Knowledge Base Widget, allowing articles to be viewed by different Reader Groups according to the configured permissions. I believe this would streamline access management and improve the overall user experience.

Verdigris green Crocodile thanks for your feedback, however we have an item in our roadmap to authorize to KB assistant / widget. We will let you know once the implementation is accomplished. Thank you.

I also found the feature request "Keep user logged in when using in-app assistant for private KB", which is completed. What is completed in that issue then?

Registered Pike: Apologies a mistake, but authorization part for KB Assistant is in our plan. Both SSO, normal user login support to be provided for the same.
