Conditional Content

I suggest that it would help your product if it included conditional text (as with Flare and Framemaker). This would make it easier to create help pages for different users that share some but not all text in common.

Hello Marsha, Thank you for responding. Hello Robert, We understood your request, and we anticipate that using snippets and variables, you will be able to achieve multiple contexts depending on language Read more: https://docs.document360.com/docs/content-reuse.
As of now, your expectation of multi-context depending on users is not attainable. we will consider based on the priority.

Hi Robert. Glad you posted this.

Because I don't know how else to contact you:
As far as I know, our Reader Group permission controls as Admins are per category, at this time. (Let me know if we have article-level controls that I don't know about yet.)
However, Kovai added security controls to their Private Notes fairly recently. These used to be viewable by Team Members only, but can now apply to Reader Groups. I haven't used this for a Reader Group yet (and don't see how it would work in relation to the category-level Reader Group permissions), but maybe you can apply it to a few things in your articles in the meantime? This seems to be the current "conditional text" option... (I also just learned a couple weeks ago that Snippets can control the styles of the Callouts (Info, Warning, Error), so maybe they can control the Private Note too?)
