I am raising this feedback on behalf of the customer.
"There’s no need for the first root category to be expanded by default in the portal. It would be better if it remained collapsed. From a usability standpoint, there’s no specific reason to keep it open—I don’t need to edit or work on those articles more than any others. All articles should be treated equally.
Additionally, if I expand a category and then perform an action, I’d expect it to remain expanded so I can continue working within it without having to expand it again."
