Enable the chatbot to ask clarifying questions when a user query is vague or ambiguous before generating an answer. This would improve response accuracy and reduce incorrect or irrelevant AI responses.

Hi Extensive Grouse, Thank you for your feedback. Currently, the AI chatbot responds to a question only if it determines that the answer meets the defined confidence threshold. Additionally, when it is unable to generate an answer, users have the option to provide more context to help the chatbot better understand the query.
