Currently, the internal processes are hosted in Salesforce. We would love to provide contextual help within salesforce pages. As we cannot embed the KB widget within Salesforce (could also be applicable to any application with such limitations) we are not able to provide contextual help.

However, if we have the Chrome extension to support Contextual help/AI search will reduce the burden of navigating to various tabs to find the quick resolution.
