Category names in search KB API

The current seach KB api includes the category ID and not the category(s) name(s). We would like to be able to retrieve the categories names via API as wel. Thanks.

We are building the Search box from scratch, for our support portal that is based on Salesforce. We couldn't get the KB assistant to work so we are creating the search box in our portal using APIs.
We wanted to have the same appearance of the autocomplete results where the category NAME is displayed, as we have several domains and categories for our product.
The API we recieved from your team includes the category ID but not the name of the category. Also it has a single category as a response, and we will need the category and all its parent categories. See example screenshot of what we would like to achieve in our portal. Let me know if you have any further questions! thanks!

Hi Yoni - Could you please clarify the reason for needing the names of the categories? We think that using the category ID should suffice for retrieving category information.
If you could explain the specific requirement for having the category name, it would assist us in identifying a suitable solution.
Additionally, could you describe the current challenges or issues you are encountering with using the Category ID, which led to this request?
