When rearranging articles within a category, the page refreshes after every single move. This makes it very slow and frustrating to organize multiple articles at once. Ideally, rearranging should be smooth and only update once the user finishes reordering.
-> Steps to Reproduce:
- Open any category in Doc360.
- Attempt to rearrange articles (drag and drop).
- Notice that after each move, the entire page refreshes.
-> Expected Behavior:
Articles should rearrange instantly without a page refresh, allowing multiple reorder actions before saving.
-> Actual Behavior:
The page refreshes after each move, interrupting the workflow.
-> Impact:
Significantly slows down rearranging articles.
Frustrating user experience, especially with large categories.

Hi a1e68a6d-4f27-4506-99e7-962186499fa3,
Thank you for sharing this valuable feedback.
Currently, when reordering articles using drag and drop, the system refreshes only the category tree and not the entire page. We understand that this refresh can still interrupt the flow while organizing multiple articles. We will review the drag-and-drop refresh behavior within the category tree to identify possible improvements in the interaction experience.
At this time, the ability to reorder multiple articles and save all changes at once is not part of our current roadmap. However, we’ve noted your feedback for future consideration based on customer traction and prioritization.
Appreciate you taking the time to share this suggestion with us.
