Categories should not collapse/expand when text is clicked, only the carrot

As a user in the front-end, when I navigate to the documentation section with the left-side taxonomy, each Category, Sub-Category should not collapse or expand when the text/label is clicked. It should only respond with collapsing or expanding if the carrot ">" is clicked. This is particularly important when a Category or Sub-Category is type = page or index because that is a landing page with information.
The current experience is that when I click on the Category to read the information on that page, it will automatically collapse or expand that entire section, so I have to click on it again to see the content contained within.

Hi Laura
Thank you for sharing this feedback on the navigation behavior in the documentation section.
We understand that when a Category or Sub-Category is configured as a landing page, clicking on the label should navigate to the content—not trigger the expand/collapse action. Restricting the expand/collapse functionality to the caret icon only would provide a more intuitive and consistent user experience, especially in structured documentation.
We’ve placed this feedback under “Under Review” status and will evaluate it further based on feasibility and broader user impact.
