It would be very helpful to be able to do a case-sensitive search.
A previous author in our project used some odd capitalization practices, and I'm trying to track down all of those instances to change them.

One of our customers would like the KB site and portal search to be case sensitive. And also to see if it is possible to search for special characters such as an exclamation mark.,

Ramesh Lokesh To clarify - would like to search on something like NEW! We use that indicator in our KB to temporarily designate a feature/instruction as new to the platform. And would be great to search on it within the KB portal and site. Thank you.
