Capture status change in history

When an author changes the state of an article from draft to review... there's no audit trail. It becomes difficult to find out who made reviewed the article. Can this be captured in the article history? There should be some way to filter (in or out) these events at the article level.

Magnificent Grasshopper, this happens only if the article was explicitly forked. If it is not, then the changes are overwritten. Not a great system to have in place where you depend on the ability of the author to remember to fork the article.
